How Does A Bail Bond Work?
A bail bond is formally known as a “Surety Bond.” A friend, relative, attorney, or defendant pays us the fee (typically 10% of the bail amount) and we put up the rest. Once the Defendant is released, their responsibility is to attend the hearings for that case.
What is the process?
A friend, relative, attorney, or even the defendant will contact a bail bond company by phone or email. During the initial phone consultation, we will collect basic information. Once the paperwork is done and the bond is paid for, we rush to the jail to post the bond.
